Innovative Learning has now partnered with the REACH Institute to deliver their evidenced based proven treatments and medical trainings for psychiatrists, primary care physicians, social workers, and neurologists by blending internet based training with Reach's traditional face to face training. The focus of this project is to use Innovative Learning's unique learning model to make this training more cost effective, more widely available, and sustainable not only on national basis but internationally. The goals and projected outcomes of this project are to reduce the delay in getting therapies to children from 15-20 years to 3 years and by 2030 reduce the number of children with mental health issues by one third.

Autism
Today, 1 in 150 individuals is diagnosed with autism, making it more common than pediatric cancer, diabetes, and AIDS combined. It occurs in all racial, ethnic, and social groups and is four times more likely to strike boys than girls. Though there is currently no single known cause or cure, autism is treatable. Children do not "outgrow" autism, but studies show that early diagnosis and intervention can lead to significantly improved outcomes. With the right services and supports, people with autism can live full, healthy and meaningful lives.

Aged Care
Chronic high levels of support staff turnover, insufficient training, limited educational and career opportunity, and poor wages are issues that continue to challenge the human service sector worldwide. Innovative Learning is committed to strengthening the quality of support services by training and educating the direct support workforce in effective ways.
Innovative Learning provides several courses in Aged Care for Professionals, Direct Support Workers, Nurses, and LVNs.
