solutions.
Michael works

organizations, Michael can

Dr Howard Savin (Ph.D.)
Senior Consultant-Clinical Operations &
Business Development

Howard has a background that
includes expertise in program
development and performance
improvement, child and medical
psychology, managed behavioral
healthcare systems,
and consulting groups.
His more recent past includes
his appointment as the Senior
Vice President and Chief
Clinical Officer of the Devereux
Foundation in the USA,
overseeing the development of a
national treatment network and
directing research and training
programs.
Howard has authored a number
of publications on systems of
care and accountability. He
also co-founded a managed
behavioral health organization
and is seen as a national expert
in the development of
intellectual property to
provider groups and agencies.
Vicki A. Moeller (M.A.)
Managing Director
Vicki currently serves as the
Director of Business Development
in the USA for Eden Innovative
Learning and the Managing
Director for the Innovative-learning.com
'(IL.com) USA based operations.
Her role is to serve as the
primary contact with EIL and
IL.com's international customer
base. Vicki's Previous
experience includes over 22
years in the human services
sector.
Highlighted experiences prior to

Behavior support manager for
community support services and
Director of Quality Management
for a state-wide provider of
child and adult residential and
support services.
Dr. Olive Webb (Ph.D.)
Olive is a
clinical psychologist who has
worked in the area of
Intellectual Disability for some
30 years, specializing in those
people who have a mental illness
as well as intellectual
disabilities. Olive has been
centrally involved in the
deinstitutionalization movement
in New Zealand.
Her PhD research addressed the
relationship between the
behavior and living environments
of people who have intellectual
disabilities. She currently has
special interests in the
clinical management and support
of people who have high and
complex needs and challenging
behavior, autistic spectrum
disorders, the uses and abuses
of medication with people who
have intellectual disabilities
and issues that impede adequate
primary health care for people
with intellectual disabilities.
